You have 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time to cancel/reschedule or pay 50% or your service total. When arriving, you must be in the studio before 10 minutes late to avoid this fee as well. Your appointment is reserved just for you! Please note that keeping a card on file is a financial responsibility and not a personal punishment, and that this policy applies even in the case of circumstances beyond your control, such as illness, traffic, or family emergencies.
